The UlRoll Bond are insulated metal roof panels that are designed closely to resemble EURO clay tiles which encompasses attractiveness with high efficiency for construction in design. These roof panels are manufactured with a sophisticated roll-forming technique, which enables it to have be reliable and resilient against weather, algae/fungal growth, heat, water and rust. The UlRoll Bonds are easily customizable for custom colour, length, width, and thickness upon custom order. This makes it the ideal panel for all building’s roofs, as the layering of the roof panels is done by intersecting each roof panel to form a seal where it would allow for quick installation that is long lasting without the need of maintenance.
As for the manufacturing of the UlRoll Bond itself, its core is composed of Zincalume Steel (zinc, aluminum, and silicon) which is a popular material for roof panels due to it being resilient and lasts four times longer than galvanized steel. This core is then pre-treated once above and twice below to provide the properties listed previously. The roof panel is then finished with 3 levels of metal coating, which finalizes the construction of the roof panel.
